I agree video is the key to successful remote/hybrid work. But I would add some additional training for staff to help them understand how to use this effectively. It's not just as simple as turning your camera and microphone on. For one, not many people know to check their audio settings (or how). If your audio is too low you'll always struggle with being heard. Second, some studies suggest Zoom fatigue hits women disproportionately because there's the added pressure to look good. A lot of times the feeling of "looking bad" on screen can easily be fixed with the right lighting and camera angles. We've all been raised to know what someone should look and sound like on video, but we don't all know how to make it happen.
