Lists have saved my sanity launching a freelance career! I have them mapped out on a white board by my desk. I love the visual of wiping off items from the list. When there's enough white space I clear the board and make the lists again. This still gives me the flexibility to adjust my week if new projects and clients come up, but keeps any important deadlines top of mind.
